Our Manifesto

OUR MANIFESTO

The Lie of Neutrality

You’ve been sold a lie.
That style must be silent.
That accessories should “match everything,”
tone it down,
blend in.

That neutrality and utility are fashion’s highest virtues.
Be beige.
Be safe.
Be forgettable.

But what if that’s all wrong?

What if it’s okay to be the centerpiece?
The ornament.
The head-turner.
The talk of the town.

What if your presence was never meant to blend,
but to shine?

Style is not about shrinking to fit.
It’s a form of speech —
an aesthetic voice.

When you carry a bold bag,
you're not just accessorizing —
You're announcing:
“I’m confident.
I pull this off because I own it.”

So why dim your light?

When God created the world,
the first thing He spoke was light.
And in that light,
there was color.

Let’s embrace that.
Let’s speak in color.

Leave the beige, brown, and black to other brands.

We don’t just make bags —
We make statements.
And in this space,
we step into the light.

JOSANNE MURER

The Lie of Neutrality Ends Here

What began as a humble way to decompress between military deployments slowly became something more — a quiet rhythm of healing, a way to support my family, and a growing expression of love for design and creation.

At first, I made custom pieces for those grieving — transforming old leather coats into handbags that carried more than belongings… they carried memories. These bags became sacred tributes to lives once held close. And even as the work evolved, I never forgot the intimacy of those beginnings.

Every bag I make today still carries that kind of soul.

I name each design after a woman I’ve met over the years — women who’ve shared their stories with me. Some crossed paths with me in fleeting moments. Others walked beside me during long, defining seasons. But all of them left something behind. Naming a bag after them is my quiet way of remembering. Honoring. Saying you mattered.

I taught myself the basics. No formal training. Just time, passion, and persistence. Every stitch, every pattern, every decision is guided by an artist’s eye and a storyteller’s heart.

I don’t make replicas. I don’t repeat designs. Each piece is guaranteed to be one-of-one — just like the woman who carries it. When you wear one of my bags, you’re not blending into the crowd. You’re stepping forward with something no one else has.

Because I don’t believe fashion should be muted or universal.
I believe it should be expressive. Personal. Alive.

I’m still learning. Still growing.
Still pouring pieces of myself into every cut of leather, every thoughtful design.

But through it all, I hold this one promise:

We don’t just make bags.
We make statements.
And in this space —
we step into the light.
